    Actually fellow Christmas addicts,:D
I think I can post this here now.
I have spent the last 2 weeks organising the mother of all giveaways to celebrate my blog turning one in December. And I am gonna make a huge song and dance about it as I can't believe I made it. :j

From the second of December I will host a whole week of giveaways (with all prizes posted to the winners in time for Christmas)
at this point in time prizes include
    A cast iron casserole pot
    A divine chocolate Christmas hamper
A month worth of innocent smoothies (as innocent vouchers)
    a $25 Amazon gift card
Aspall box of goodies eg cyder and vinegars
Scarlett and mustard marinades and infused oils
Peppa pig children's meal gear and lamp
Hill farm oils oil + mayonnaise + garlic mayonnaise
A kitchen Nomad Greek food box ( might help with cooking xmas leftovers)
I will remind you again on the second of Dec - but hopefully this may be useful for some of you.:)

  • Morning everyone,

FEISTY i dont freeze mine before baking because the one time i did do it years ago like you it was a pain the **** to get them out, so i bake mine and then freeze in freezerbags much easier. I will have a think (its too early ;)) for some cheap ideas to say thankyou, hope you are ok

GETTINGTHEREQUICKLY oh you poor thing you have had a horrible week, do you actually know who it is that is undermining you? Please dont feel like you have let down your clients, it is out of your hands, its always the same the higher up people get the less understanding they have of the people underneath them. Sending you lots of hugs and dont say sorry for sounding miserable it is very upsettting for you.

FEVERTOTELL oh poor DS2 hope he feels better soon, im sure a christmas movie will help cheer him up

OMO blimey my head is spinning at that lot :rotfl:

AMEY glad you had a lovely week with your friend, nice to see you back

WUVVIES good for you having massages, when you are in constant pain even the slightest relief helps, good luck with drs this afternoon and with DD2, aww DS has some lovely xmas treats to look forward to, he will love Cadbury World

I sat last night and did most of my shopping on Littlewoods. I really wish I don't have to, but I am well into the red each week, so nothing spare for anything.

I do this most years.. I just pay it off asap before interest kicks in.

I'm after some more advice - everyone in the family knows that after this week money is extremely tight (£80 spent on petrol and parking to the hospital alone!) but I want to say thank you to my amazing cousin for stepping into the shop and my in laws for being so supportive - does anyone have any ideas as to what I could do? I was thinking of ventures for a meal, but my cousin has 4 kids - so it would be huge bucks, plus she would get cross with me for spending money we don't have.

We have always had a boxing day get together,, buffet type food and family time.. definitely a day I love.. aside from the fact it is my birthday which I loathe.

Pigpen- its a simple but fab idea for boxing day. I have a friend who refuses to celebrate her boxing day birthday. She pushes it to February.
