    Evening all.

Had a lovely few days with mum in Devon with kids. They had a good Halloween. Horrid journey home though as what would normally take 4.5 hours took over 6 today due to a crash on the m5. Kids behaved well in car though.

Back home to, lets be fair, carnage. Dh has done well with packing but we are sky high in boxes. Still with loads to do. Tomorrows job is to sort out the Christmas decks. Chuck out any ropey ones and pack them into a box instead of the billion carrier bags they are in a the moment.

Need to do a meal plan for the next week in a minute. Dh said he would go and get it tomorrow if I did a list. He's gone to work tonight and won be in til 3ish I think.

Parcel from amazon via a courier has arrived at my work so tracking tells me so that's good. Just 3 bits for kids still to get and they are done. Few ideas for dh but will probably sort properly once we are moved!

Hope everyone is okay. Glad you are recovering fluffysox. Not had forceps but 2 sections, take it easy wont you.

    Xxx

    Hi everyone :)

Went to Castleford freeport today to get some presents that needed buying, and ended up buying a fair few things for myself because the outlet prices were so good! Got a pink jumper with sparkles in it from Next for £12, got a rose gold coloured pot to put make up brushes in for £3, Holland & Barrett had a buy one get one half price sale, so got 2 dairy free chocolate bars, which were horrible :( Got a plain black fleece from M&S for £6.50 for running in, M&S had all sorts of discounts on, including 5 for 4 on birthday cards and wrapping paper and the likes. Some good discounts on toiletries too. Mum got some fleece lined snow boots for £19.99 that were £60 for when the weather gets bad around here, from a mountaineering shop, and some waterproof trousers for £11.

If anyone lives near by you should definitely go :)

Ooh fab thanks for the code. Wish I could easily compare the roars lol. Although despite my little boy making very fierce roar noises when describing his desired lion he cried tonight because the wind was blowing too noisily and it scared him. So cute <3 So perhaps a quieter roar is ok anyway lol ;-)
He loves snowman and snowdog too we've been watching it all year. Tesco have some nice soft toys of these too. And wilkos have various chocolates including Thorntons ones.

We bought an innotab 2 last Xmas for our 3.5 year old. I would class him as bright but he struggled with it. Only just getting it now. Our now nearly 3 year old is interested but likes to press buttons rather than correctly complete activities/ games. HTH
