If you do this remember to keep chocolates in the fridge after too. It seems to lower their melting point if they are hardened too quickly....
Money saving idea. ... Keep the inserts from Advent calenders to make chocolates the next year x
Thanks OMO, I would say one mould per bag. Excellent suggestions, shall have to make room in the fridge

Thank you Amey:A It doesn't help that I can't see the n urse for over two weeks. OH said I should just carry on as normal until I see her but I feel I should make a start but not sure what to do. I have read stuff on various forums but is a bit overwhelming. Do you do low carb...that seems to be what many people do.saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200

:hello: Hello everyone, just thought I would pop in to say how much I love reading all your posts. I do have trouble keeping up with all the goings on at times as things move so quickly.
Made a list of all the pressies I've bought/need and things aren't going too badly. Whilst I still have to sort something for Mum and DS (oh no forgot about DH) I'm not too worried at this stage. For the last couple of years we have got DS his road tax as his big pressie so it's probably going to be bits and bobs to go with that.
For all you 'reindeer hunters' out there - look what I found. Was going to order one but I cannot find code for 20% off (it's probably expired) :rotfl:
Will do my best to try and pop in each day.

b-e-g it's great to see you posting. It's been a long time.
Well after hours of deliberation I have decided my lounge is not big enough for 3 adults, and dog and a baby.
When I finish work I am picking up a new Hoover from Argos( ours can't cope with dog hair),going home and redoing the lounge (again).
I will have to take 2 small units out, but I can't live in it like it is. I am fed up if walking round things. I know it's only been 2 days, but I am pulling my hair out. And that's without having Robbie here.0 -
Hi all,
So glad its Friday.
Thinking about what to get my other half for Christmas as it will be our first Christmas.0 -
Hi all,
Ok... I have 2 nieces and 3 nephews to buy for, MIL, FIL 2xSIL (so far just got them a watch each), a dog, hubby and my bessie. Think I'm going to make bessie and her Hubby a "snowed in" hamper.
I know what I'm buying my dad and my mum and other bessie are already bought for.0 -
(slowly opens door and peeps in ):santa2:
Hi everyone! Hope some of you remember me from last year. I haven't been posting much this year, but have popped by occasionally and love to see the familiar names.
Well, I have made a start to the Christmas preps, some presents bought, lists made of what I still need to buy, and begun to make my Christmas cards.
Just realised this morning ( did everyone remember to say " white rabbits"? ) that I have only one month left to do all present buying, card making, toy knitting, as I like to have all that done by Dec 1st, so I can concentrate on making the house "Christmassy".
I will try now to pop in regularly, as it will keep me on track !
Love and hugs to you all xxx0 -

Lots of news posters today, its fab here !
My youngest is going to be so pleased, I rearranged the hall yesterday, moving cabinets around and found down the back of one of them a £60 argos giftcard, £40 tesco giftcard and £40 pizza express card :j OH used to get them when his store hit target but he thought he had left them at work when he changed jobs.
Soooooo with the argos voucher I got Ds2 (8) a galaxy tab 2. We only have 1 tv in our house and he , rarely plays on the ds but loves the games on my phone. Also with his Mears Irlen and Severe Dyslexia he will be starting to use an ipad at school with a dictation programme next week so we will add a similar programme to his for use at home as it seems that technology will form a large part of his education. I used the £60 gift card, so put £50 cash to it, then got £20 in argos vouchers back so the tablet only actually cost me £30 as I had other stuff to buy in argos too. So as he opted to have a second hand bike which I managed to get for £30 and this tablet he has done really well. Cant wait till christmas day as all he asked for was a bike and a bubblegum machine lol.
Now for the downside, as it seems to be my year for them! On the way back from picking up the tablet ( which the kids think is for grandma) a woman drove straight into us, forcing us towards the pavement where 3 people were waiting to cross the rd! Luckily instinct kicked in for the pedestrian s and me, they jumped out of the way and I turned the wheel into the other car away from the people on foot as she was already attached to me and cars are replaceable people aren't. So scared, kids were hysterical ! Luckily she has admitted full liability stoooopid woman !'we don't stop playing because we get old, we get old because we stop playing'0
