We got mum one for her birthday (we actually have a older model but they have all the same stuff just different shape) they are awesome the milka hot chocolate is better than Starbucks or Costa! Loove it. X

persuaded hubby to buy it for me for Christmas! Will catch up after work but didnt want anyone to miss out on this as I know they go quite fast - 3 easy payments so fab for me! xx

hehe. I have had it too. I knew it was coming and stayed up late to get it at 12 midnight. I can't wait to get it. although I still have some of the ones from last years TSV, so I might get those out as I put them away with my decs and start burning them. I will try and wait until after bonfire night. as after that, I feel I can go 'openly' festive.

I have decided this year, that after bonfire night, I am going to wear something Christmassy everyday. I have quite a few sweaters, leggings, t-shirts and earrings/brooches. all Christmassy. so if I rotate them twice, I can do something from Nov 6th to Christmas day.

is that going too far????:T

I taped the midnight show as I saw the preview of it online when I was looking to see if something else had come into stock, they put it up at mid day yesterday then took it down by last night so I wondered if they were worried it would sell out before they put it on air lol!

I can't wait to try so many new ones Ive never tried before, what are we like?! I tried to get hubby to watch the presentation of it before we watched the F1 this morning ... needless to say he doesnt get it at all! xxx

they don't get it, do they. my dh never complains, when I have candles on...well apart from when I had about 8 Yankees on in the house and our eyes were stinging. lol

I have been a bit naughty this year. I have been seeing yankee jars in tkmaxx, and woodwick ones and getting them. I have still got some large jars in my sideboard too. I keep saying to myself that they are for presents, but I know the people I buy for, think they are 'just scented candles'. so I keep them.

I have got Christmas tree in tart form on at the moment and 'whiskers on kittens' in a large jar. I admit...I am a yankee addict.:o

I've been wearing my 'Christmas' socks for two weeks now. Ooh, I mean my range of Christmas socks, not the same pair :rotfl:

Keeping fingers crossed that I've got a medium or large Yankee candle in a spicy fragrance for my birthday next week but not confident. Still, if I haven't then I'll just have to treat myself to one.

at the moment qvc, if you can buy it today, but just the todays special value. they are the samplers/votives. so you have to put them in a little glass holder.

I got some good priced ones (jars) off a yankee shop in Ireland, they are through amazon.

also Clintons do some with 25% off. yankee direct website do some with 25% off too.

you can get them cheap (if they have them in) in tkmaxx. I would say everytime I go in, they have some 1 in 5 times.

also...if they have some called woodwick, and you like the fragrance - get them too. I don't like as many fragrances as in the yankee range. but the ones I do like are just as strong, plus the 'wood wick' crackles like a log fire.
