OMO I saw a doe. Must have a look when I get back to normal! I keep thinking all the nice things will be gone as I havn't been out for ages and then have to remind myself it is still OCTOBER and lots of places have to put stock out!!!!!!

A doe is a female deer. ( so Maria and the Von Trapps tell me). And a deer is a stag, so it will do. :rotfl:

Well my little tornado has gone home, (we had him a day early this week).

Walked into town today with him and dd and bought ...... A stag :D to go in front of my new Habitat light. If I can get the acrylic one from John Lewis the one I got today will be moved.
With the one I am getting from Fiesty it will be 6 stags. ( 8 if you count the 2 cushions) :o
I may as well get another 2 and only have Stag ornaments in the winter.

The trouble is I won't want to put up any Christmas decs and ruin the look.

    Off Stag hunting now.:)
  • Tesco have stag socks OMO if you fancy wearing stags as well as having them as decorations.

Argh sorry things have been mental here!

First off Fluffysox Congratulations!!!! Hope all is going well for you all xxxx

Well our big news here is that on Wednesday I went for my usual estate agent whinge to be told the rest of the chain is still fa nnying around and our vendor didn't want to go anywhere til the 2nd week in December. Now DH works in theatre, as you can imagine December a really rubbish time of year for us! So I said end of November or it would be January and we might not wait around. Well the EA called us in the afternoon to say our vendor is vacating to a caravan so we can move in. We were ecstatic!

    And then yesterday we EXCHANGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mega excited! It means we move on 13th November! ARGH gotta start packing!!!!!

Had a brilliant day today at a geocaching event. Me n kids dressed up. It was very muddy but lots of fun!

Day at home planned tomorrow. Kids were whacked today and I want to get a hit on with packing as we are off the Devon Tuesday until Saturday  leaving me only a week and 4 days to pack when we get back :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Well I've found my last 2 stags. Have put an offer in. Would probably pay the asking price, but that's not very MSE is it !!

The big one is 43 cm tall and the small one is 28 cm tall

    Hi all,
I thought it was time that I formally introduced myself to you all although I feel that I know you all very very well as I have been watching from afar for a while now. Well, since someone mentioned the UNO cards from amazon which I then proceeded to buy, so thank you whoever mentioned them (can't remember sorry!)
I bought some of the Christmas pudding refuse bags yesterday from B&M for 99p, I recall someone looking for those.
I have to say I love reading about what you have all been up to, the trials of life and all :-) but coming here and reading about Christmas has been fantastic. Everyone thinks I'm totally bonkers!
