Hi all.
I have had an absolutely lovely day today. Best Christmas ever, kids have been angels, no mishaps whilst cooking the dinner and I've been spoilt rotten. DH has not mentioned presents to anyone and even my mum admitted that she thought I wasn't getting anything as he's normally asked her advice a few times through Dec on pressies for me. Yet I came downstairs to find a new tablet computer, a gorgeous bracelet and a new outfit all in the correct sizes and exactly the kind of thing I would wear! Don't know how he did it, alien abduction has been mentioned! :rotfl:
I plan on joining in a lot more often on this new thread. Can't wait to start planning next Xmas. Might even venture out to the shops tomorrow to see if I can grab any bargains to put away.
Thanks OMO for setting the thread up. :TSavings Account - £0.00

Evening Ladies, Happy Xmas to everybody hope you have all had a lovely day! I have been lurking on Let it Snow since August and would like to say thank you so much for all your ideas and bargains, you have helped me so much. I have never joined a forum before but decided to bite the bullet tonight and join this one from the start. I wasnt sure if i could cope with xmas this year, as xmas eve last year my dh of 24 yrs (together nearly 30) walked in and told us he was having an affair and had been caught, i threw him out and me and the kids (albeit older kids) were shocked and devastated, how we got through xmas i will never know (dd1 dd2 ds1 were my rocks). We have had the worst year ever, we also lost our darling dog only 5yrs old, but through reading all your ups and downs, ive cried, ive laughed with you, you got me back on track for xmas, and we have had a cheap but very cheerful xmas. So i wish everyone well and would like to join in with you all.#103 1p Saving Challenge Back to Front 293.94/665.95Currently Reading: Christmas at Cedarwood Lodge - Rebecca Raisin Debt Free thanks to MSE0

This is rather strange, it's like moving to an identical flat across the landing.
A friend of mine did that once, she was renting one and then bought the other. We just carried her furniture over and put it back where is was, only opposite. We then had a few drinks and got really confused because everything was back to front.:rotfl:

Linky omg what else is there to say. I've popped over and looked at the offending thread:( I can't believe there are people on our forum like that! Stay here with us. You really should have "shared" with us we would have been far more helpful.
Nobody should ever feel that they can't vent, rant, laugh, cry, shout, scream or giggle on here we are all here with big broad shoulders for each other.xxx
