  • Have completed a grand total of 0 tasks from last weeks lists :(

Have just finished reading "meet me under the mistletoe" and for anyone looking for christmas reads I would defiantly recommend, quite a feel good type story, and plenty of christmas talk!
Also, the smurfs christmas carol dvd is available to pre-order for just £4.74 from amazon. Not sure if its any good, but for any other smurf fans it would make a nice little elf or xmas eve hamper gift.

    Morning lovelies!

Hope everyone is well day 7 of 7 the depressing moment when I got in 6 and half hour ago and will be leaving again in about ten minutes for work. Think of the money eh. Will see you all at about 6ish and then the Christmas continues and the hunt for a freezer will hopefully be over lol.

Love and hugs to all. Xx

    Xmas Saver!
Will post this weeks tasks list later, when Robbie is a sleep. Although it won't take long to type ' do last weeks tasks' under everyone's names. :rotfl:

I am hoping to walk into town later, to look round the charity shops for a frame.

Freespirit did the kids find you a frame yesterday ? Did you mend Claude ?

Been thinkjng about trees, as you do, still not decided on real or fake but a question I have?
Do your decs on the tree coordinate with your room decoration, all my decs are teal and silver as my lounge is teal and silver. However the end of this month it will be cream, red and gold! I don't really like red and gold on a christmas tree I am a bit of a colour rebel, shall I just add a few different colours on to it?

    Oh mincemeat muffins yum

I have just ordered a paper aeroplane book that makes the spaceships from starwars for ds2 and an oragami starwars book for OH and a starwars thumbart book for ds1. Are you noticing a theme here!

My slushy cups have arrived, bigger than I expected, now do I experiment with them First

Ooh now I am not a jewellery person, but this is right up my street, think I may leave it open on the laptophttp://mercimaman.co.uk/cart/for-her/womens-personalised-sterling-silver-heart-charm-bracelet

hello again, just a flying visit to bring me a joint of pork. Think I've just about recovered from my trip, No, I don't know London well, its only about my 4th visit in sixty odd years. We went to see Rock of ages, had tea at Harrods, went on a Jack the Ripper tour, visited the Florence Nightingale museum and the Old operating theatre and herbarium museum, a cruise on the Thames, London by night on a bus, and a morning in primark where we bought so much we each had to buy a suitcase to bring it back!!!
Just had my Skype fix of the nibs and my fave cous has been to see me, like you say, Nana, I'm well blessed.
As far as last weeks list goes, I have designed the advent calendars, I'm going to use shoeboxes, covered in Christmas paper and cellophane, and divide it into 24 spaces, cut cardboard squares to fit the spaces, gold one side, red the other with the numbers on and put little treats in each. ! each for 2 friends, sil, other grandma and fave cous.
So this weeks tasks will be make 12 items for Christmas Fair, empty Christmas stash and designate presents, make 1 advent box. (prototype).
Hope everyone is doing something nice today, we deserve it. xxxxx
