I thought this had been discussed before, but I can't find it anywhere, so perhaps I dreamt it!
I was just wondering if anyone had read any Christmas books (fiction type ones) that they'd recommend. I've just read The Xmas Factor, which took me a while to get into, but in the end I did enjoy. Have been looking on my library's website for other books to get me in the mood for Christmas and have ordered a bunch to be sent to my local branch. Also have been stashing any Christmas free kindle books away in a special folder too! :T
Any that people would like to suggest, I'd be grateful for a nudge in the right direction...:) Thank you!Cross Stitch Cafe Monthly Challenge Member #27

I'd love to get involved with this popular thread but haven't fit the time to read it through to figure out what it's about. Can anyone summarise??

Hi pateroo Welcome to The Thread
choccymoose pretty much summed it up. It's a place you can talk about Christmas all year along with day to day life.
We share ideas, and if your looking for something one of us has usually seen it somewhere.
The first couple of pages are full of links to all things Christmassy that we found useful last year.0 -

NANAMIA have you had a break from decorating this weekend or been hard at it?#103 1p Saving Challenge Back to Front 293.94/665.95Currently Reading: Christmas at Cedarwood Lodge - Rebecca Raisin Debt Free thanks to MSE0 -
Oh Freespirit I'm getting nowhere fast
lost a mammoth catch up post on here last night too. These blooming things are sent to try me! I'm going to try and repost which may take some time. I'm officially still at the decorating tho I'm finding it a bit of a struggle and 'people' seem to think I can just paint the living room and still have the house in perfect order, I think your advice to Feisty and the spinning plates fits me perfectly at the moment. I'm on an enforced break from cake making due to DH saying I was taking too much on (if he noticed I must've been at boiling point) however I'd already booked in some that I couldn't really let down! Argh. So last one made for yesterday then he says have a break but family cakes are booked for 5th,11th and 27th so he's not happy
I simply can not win
rant over off for my shot of Christmas spirit xxx
