Up and at 'em this morning, bring it all on, I can cope, I am superwoman........oh, no, wrong tablets, more coffee...... and breathe.
Its gona be one of those days, I suppose.
We don't have a Range near us, (sulky face smiley) and I didn't know what one was till it was mentioned on here. I was looking in my presents book when it struck me that DS2 is joining the big people, for his birthday he got a vacuum cleaner and for Christmas he has asked for an air fryer, I don't think he has ever heard of skirting boards, tho.
My friend who passed her driving test in June got her first car yesterday, so she is taking DGS to school today for me. Just as well as I am probably not safe on the road until these meds wear off.
Right, now off to get DGS up for school and will spend the morning 'avoiding alcohol and not operating heavy machinery' on the computer.0 -
I forgot to say yesterday when I was in poundworld I got some orange matchmakers (essential Christmas food in our house)- cant remember the date but they were well into next 2014.
Thanks for welcoming me (Freespirit- yes I will be able to drive again once the tablets stabilize my inner ear. It sounds worse than it is_ at the mo its just dizziness like I am drunk when I move too quickly hence why I cant drive)
Big hugs to everyone an JJunior I hope u will be home soon:).lovin' this site!

Nana - The meds are more like horse pills! I need a pint of water with them! Next week is my "zone" and I am really hoping we will see some difference. Dh did mention at the weekend that I seem "so full of life" which isnt bad considering lethargy can be one of the worst side effects of the pills, so fingers crossed! Thanks for asking xx
Popping into tesco after school run to have a browse of their festive aisle. Also on the look out for the lego elves and chocolate satsumas, oh and birthday cards ready for both dd's bdays early october ... hmmm best go and write a list!
Have a lovely day all, will pop back tonight after work (quiet day, only 2 clients today!)It's not about getting what you want, It's about wanting what you get.0 -
morning all!
Nanamia you need a tart burner, you can get them on Amazon or Ebay for about £6-7 delivered, they are great and you just put an unscented tealight underneath to melt the tart, the tarts last ages as you just keep remelting them - scent just as strong and long lasting as the jars etc, will get you the link if I can find it
AmeyTurtle I hate the cold and Im already feeling it too, cant believe will have another 9 months of cold before some kind of warm weather again probably, cant believe its only 2 weeks out of August for heavens sake!!! not put heating on yet but have got fleece blanket out I snuggle up with on the sofa!
I got Primark Christmas fleeces last year and the quality was brilliant, they are so soft and thick - I got two but loved them so much I may look at this years as well!0 -

Junior J - thinking of you hun and hope you are feeling a little better soon xxxxx
I think Christmas Stockings are fantastic for all ages, its so personal and thoughtful to make somebody a stocking and put lots of little bits in that you know they will enjoy0 -
Does the forum have a buy and sell section? selling the wii and games and didnt know if there was.
Cheers

Yeah, trying to get it listed at as many places as possible. My oh & son now want an xbox 360 but I have said only if we sell the Wii first & will be my sons Christmas pressie. These things cost a fortune.
I've listed it on hotuk and will stick it on ebay too.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.
2015 £2 saver #188 = £450 -
I like the idea of us having a Facebook group
nanamia you can get wax burners in b&m for 99p bargain! And they fit a full size tart in it. I sadly didn't get pictures but I will make them again as they were both a big hit.
Mum has finally decided what she wants for Christmas she wants a kindle fire too so that's good just means I need to get a good cover for mine so they don't get confused. Dad will be done when the price of gta 5 comes down. So now it's just down to what do I ask for lol
Will check back in later am hoping to have a productive day today0 -

I am honestly shocked at those prices (you can tell we don't have children) An actual pushchair costs about the same!
Happy to buy second hand but can't find anything near me - will keep looking. Thanks0
