Girls of teenage years can be so cruel
I had two best girl friends tell me to choose between my bf and them, when I chose him they made me feel terrible - for the whole of my senior year I had no female friends at school, they turned everyone against mejokes on them though as BF is now my DH

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right thread for this, but here goes...
In Wilko today, Kilner bottle's were in the sale at £1.35 - I bought 2 to make flavoured vodka for xmas prezzies. Also there was quite a lot of kids art and craft kits less than half price - ideal for school hols or putting away as stocking fillers.Busy working Mum of 3

Well what a difference a day makes.
The dress is finished :j My friends daughter came round and gave dd a fake tan. Which has turned out very well. Her nails have been done and she is smiling
She has just to her best friends for the night. Her bf mum is going to do a trial run on her hair, as she will be doing it tomorrow.
Dd is getting ready there as I do not finish work until 5.30 tomorrow.
Ds was the only one on his course today to get 100% in the health and safety exam.
He doesn't have to go in tomorrow as some of the equipment they need hasn't arrived yet. And he doesn't have to be in until 9.30 on Monday because his tutor lives in Scotland  and flies down every week. ( we are in the south east). I think he is looking forward to the lie in tomorrow. As am I . :rotfl:0 -

Caitlyn those jewellery boxes are so beautiful. Times must have changed since I was young, £12 is a lot more than the generally accepted budget for me and my cousins!
Msgigglewick thank you for that link, I've kept it open ready to have a good look through when I have a bit more time! Makes a change from looking at dining room furniture. After years of saving for a house, I'm finding it quite painful spending the money on filling it!Hobnobs are like marines0 -
