Hanley that craft table sounds like a really good idea :) I did something similar with my cousins sons before Christmas and it was a big hit! Not too pricey either ;) Thanks for the confidence in my papercuts, I'm slightly worried that pricing might me too high as people don't understand just how much time goes into designing and then assembling them.

Pinknfluffy Please forgive me if I'm wrong, but was it a beauty therapy business you set up? Do you have a facebook page for it? (would love to have a nosy if you do) I think local businesses do really well with these as you can attract a large fan base and offer discounts etc to entice people to book :)

Caitlynn That is a great idea! I can actually use my store images for them to go through :) I plan to make some kind of large folding screen or aboard to display a few on - just worried about making too much up and being left with left overs - guess the none personalized ones can be used for presents ;)

Freespirit I got my mould from a chinese seller on ebay for £1.99 I think it was quite the bargain - would be closer to £10 if bought in the UK.

Nanamia I know it will fall on deaf ears, but you really shouldn't push yourself so hard (well aware of pot and kettle scenario here ;) ) Your family and friends are very lucky to have you, so for their sake take it easy - you're no good to anyone if poorly xxx DH confessed that he wouldn't be able to cope if I returned to work this week. Financially it's fine (just no savings for this month) but I'm getting stuck in the depressing rut of no structure and not wanting to return to work. I dislike work, but sometimes I think I need it to keep that black dog at bay. No work on ECG etc, will nag him into phoning today. I am loving those photo's! How did you get the beautiful effect? x

mrsinvisible We had lovely weather yesterday - it has definitely turned today though - thank goodness I managed to get out and clear up the balcony and sort the plants before the heavens opened! Enjoy your swimming and baking :)

snugglebunny Your poor Mum :( What is causing the bleeding? Is there any chance you could go with her to the hospital (or phone them) to find out what can be done long term?

Have made my first Nursery papercut :) It features Pooh and Piglet and the quote "sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart" I love it!

Hope it improves for the rest of the week...otherwise it will be a miserable half term.

thanks Feisty :-) I live 50+ miles from her and with the kids, GCSE's etc its really hard to get over there, problem is my brother lives abroad and my sis other end of country - trouble is my mum only tells us after the event, shes got an op scheduled but months away, finally today my brother spoke to consultant sec again and said mum has been admitted again and theyve bought the op forward to couple of weeks time (different hospital though which doesnt help!) her surgery is scheduled at hospital further away from where she lives. First we hear of it is several days later when she tells us! We can arrange to go and stay with her when we know op is scheduled.

She doesnt answer home phone half the time so we dont know if she ok, and she refused to answer texts asking if shes ok on grounds that she 'likes to have a conversation not text' so answer phone then!!!! can't quite work out what it is with her, not sure if she doesnt want to bother us or what, but whenever I say I will come over she tells me not to :-( is a ladies problem thing causing it

    Evening everyone,
Well after a lovely few days, it never stopped raining today and it is so cold, we are sitting watching tv with our duvets wrapped round us :rotfl:i am not turning that heating on its nearly flipping june for goodness sake  got 2 xmas pressies through post today, so then sat down and used the rest of my amazon vouchers and ordered a few more bits :)
NANAMIA aah lovely to see you back, hope you feel a bit better today, the cake and candy buffet look fab, yes DD1 said about doing paraffin wax, but she has to wait now until pay day to buy all products to start doing nails, she is chomping at the bit, oh you did make me laugh about not shaving your legs :rotfl:regarding the stalls, yes there were about 8 and none of them did well.
MRSINVISIBLE you are exactly right there those who can go for inspiration and those who cant expect to pay car boot prices, you have hit the nail on the head
SNUGGLEBUNNY how awful for you and your mum, why dont they keep her in or do something about the bleeding  surely it makes sense to schedule surgery?? You must be so worried when you cant get hold of her, sending you hugs, lets hope it will happen in a couple of weeks then its over. Thanks for the american sweets link will have a look, we are obsessed with anything american as well, we have two american sweet shops about an hour away but they arent cheap, fab though :)
