Thank you for my birthday wishes.
It didn't go great,
My dad didn't bother ringing me as we had spoken on the Thursday.
My cousin bought me a bottle wine from dd,(as she is not old enough to buy it). She wrapped it and left it at my mums for dd to collect. Only when dd got there my mum HAD OPENED AND DRANK IT
dd has not spoken to her since.
I spent the day at work and the evening on fb talking to my cousins. Which was the highlight of my day.
I am going to visit my cousin and her family on Monday, which will be lovely.
Sorry for missing some birthdays, but I just haven't really felt up to posting.

OMO I'm so sorry you had such a crap Birthday
I understand that you didn't feel like posting, but please remember we are all here for you should you need us xxx
Well we may be going back to hospital, or at the very least I wont be going back to work on TuesdayNipped out to post some orders, was gone less than 45 minutes and the youngest Chi was startled by the elder one barking and she jumped on DH lap - this is where the original op was. Has swollen up and started leaking, also popped a stitch. GP has advised pain killers, bed rest and ice and then re-assess in the morning - praying it works

Fiesty, lord, you have my sympathy and hugs, what a rotten time. Hope the ice and painkillers work. Re elf on the shelf, I'm not sure of his role, does he bring Christmas or make mischief? I'd be interested and would probably buy one, so that the nibs could enjoy his antics but would need advice as to what he does.
OMO hope this year is good and that things get better. Belatedly I thought your living room pics were gorgeous, interior design is your thing! (one of them as you are multi talented.)
Nanamia countdown now on day 16 must try to find the suitcase.
One of my friends is chief bridesmaid today, and the sun is shining so here's to a lovely day for them, and a happy future together to the happy couple.
Hi to mrs giggleswick , oh, dear, hope things soon improve, well done on the Christmas front. I have a friend who works in the Works, must get her onside for Christmas items.
But, as the sun is shining and the wind has dropped I'm off to put out the washing and get to grips in the garden...at last! xxx0 -
Bought another gift last night! Well, maybe, a pack of socks from Primark, 4 of them are red, a couple with tartan type pattern, thought they could be appropriate for the season.
Hugs for those having a bad time, it will get better, hopefully quicker than you think.A smile costs little but creates much0 -
For now he seems okay - will phone the hospital where he had the op done on Tuesday. Looks like I will be back to work on Tuesday after all[/COLOR]2024 Challenges
