Congratulations on your engagement Poppysgirl! :j
WOW Feisty you are so talented!!
Msgigglewick that is amazing! Maybe someone on the cake decorating thread will know where to get boxes?
I wonder where Snugglebunny has got to, she hasnt been on in ages!'They only had one cow!'0 -
Gettingtherequickly, I can well believe the 200 mile thing! More reason to use the internet for bargain hunting
justb those mugs sound amazing, shame we have none close byHope someone manages to pick them up for snowman soup, will be so cute!
msgigglewick you genius! I have [STRIKE]stolen[/STRIKE] borrowed the big top cake mould from my Mum and had never thought of using it in this way! Can I ask how much chocolate you need? My Tesco has a plain chocolate that is 89p for 200g - ingredients don't list milk, so would this work as well as high cocoa content ones (too pricey for a cheapskate like me)
Noodles, I used this recipe last year - went down really well
Was supposed to be hitting the gym, but stupidly ordered shopping to arrive during my preferred gym time - Once I'm home, I struggle to get back out again!
Thanks for all the lovely Typography print comments, I was really worried about how it would go down as it seemed a bit of a bizarre thing - luckily she loved itWas supposed to be a one off, but have had a lot of friends hinting they want it for bday/christmas - so have put them up for sale :rotfl:

Trendyjenny im actually off to see choccywoccydoodah in august! its all linked in with my brothers wedding down that way so nipping off to take my dd1 (whos becoming a chef too) they are very friendly! can't wait lol.
Feisty yep. i've even used the value dark chocolate.. which is best used while you're testing it out. its stronger.. milk takes a lil more practise and doesn't go as far.. the bottom takes about 300g the top a little less. so it does work out costly. i've only found one other place todo the choc pinatas like i do but they charge nearly £50 some over :O which is one heck of a mark up.Totally debt free wohooo 2014

Lukesmom- Hiya, hope you ok and are as christmas mad as us about christmas and all things related :rotfl:
Hi to everyone else, hope you are all ok xx
Well another trip to the docs today and still no referral for physio so I hit the roof. The nurse and receptionist started to do the referal as I was leaving the surgery so lets see what happens. Going to ring on monday and make sure its been done. On a plus note I have lost 4.5lbs this week which has amazed us all including the nurse as I can hardly walk!
Got my daughters christening a week on sunday and I can hardly walk!. It all got too much this afternoon and I have had a good cry. My poor dad was on the phone to me at the time, he has just got back off holiday this morning so had rang me to see how we all are doing and I ended up a blubbering wreck haha.
The hubbys ulcerative colitis is not behaving itself either so we are under alot of stress as a family at the moment. Ah well alot people far worse of than us so onwards and upwards. Its just frustrating on days like today where you have to fight for a simple thing.
Anyway on a christmas front I picked up a small disney princess stamper set from home bargains for 59p today for the daughter. My mum took me straight after the docs today for some ;out of the house time'. Lasted 15mins and she had to bring me home but it was nice whilst it lasted haha.
Whoops sorry for long post xxx0 -
04624181-It is very frustrationg trying to get referrals, hope they have finally done it for you! xx
Well my appointment at the dentists is tomorrow, this is the one Ive been referred to for IV sedation. But Im not 100% sure what tomorrows appointment is for as the letter says a consultation but it also had leaflets about the IV sedation and the letter said allow several hours for the appointment. So Im unsure whether its just a 'consultation' or the actual treatment. Im definitely hoping just a consultation as I have not prepared myself at all, talked to them about alternatives to IV or anything! Of course Ive been putting off even thinking about it since I got the letter ages ago, dont think I even mentioned it on here as I wanted to pretend I didnt have to go through with it!! So am now waiting on an email back from them, last minute Annie or what...:o'They only had one cow!'0 -
Afternoon all,
Have had a more or less full day crocheting and looking at Pinterest, how bad am I. The result is I've almost finished the baby blanket I'm working on.
I'm planning on writing a proper list over the weekend. I need a Christmas one and a Birthday one. I have all the birthdays written down but want to assign a pressi to each person and then Christmas pressies as well. Just basically need to be a bit more organised.
I am planning on making crocheted water bottles for most of the girls and maybe mittens and not sure on the men but maybe crocheted slippers, just depends if I have enough time.
I would love to crochet myself a cardi I've seen but I fear it may be next year before I get to it at this rate!
I shall pop back later with a picture of my blanket:DStarted Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

moneysavingmumofone - we usually do a sedation consultation before the actual IV appointment - they will talk you through the procedure, tell you what to expect etc oh and carry any extra checks they may need[/COLOR]2024 Challenges
