Take spare batteries for the camera. In fact take 2 cameras and every phone with a camera. You will take 10000's of pics. Don't bother with getting more of the ear thingy when you get there. Its a waste of a £5. I found it very distracting.
Mind you I had had kidney stones the day before, and only just got out of hospital in time to have a shower, dress and go.

Don't think you have to go round the way the map says. I would go straight to the picture booth. The queue will be shorter. If you go with the map, everyone on your tour will get there at the same time. The pictures are £5 each or 5 for £20 (I think, if I'm wrong it is only by £1).
Take something to eat with you. Half way round you go outside and there are seats with a sandwich bar, that is VERY dear. You can also get Butterbeer there.

The shop is dear, but the stuff is nice. I got Dd some Gryffindor gloves there for Xmas £15  (We went in July)

If you need any more info just let me know. And if you knew all this already - sorry.

Thanks for the info, we are really looking forward to it im not sure who is more excited dd or oh !
ive ordered a guide book with the tickets .

Hi all, decided to do my one friend a chocolate hamper as she loves it, and I have 'The Chocolate Lovers Diet' book for it so far, so I need to get the other one to go with it. I do remember last year on Let It Snow some people talked about chocolate scented toiletries, can you remind me of where you found them?
    ! :o
Chocolate face masks - boots and superdrug
original source chocolate and mint body wash - boots ( I think on offer at moment)
boots/ superdrug and body shop have various other chocolate body creams and bath stuff.
There are tons of chocolate books but I love the chocolate run by D koomson.
    Good luck

    Happy Birthday Eljaycock!

Have just reviewed finances for November, my share of the routine bills was just shy of £600, but misc expenses was way over this! I have no idea what most of it was on (except £450 on car) but there were lots of paypal payments cropping up (feebay) will be scrutinizing my costs from now on!

    Afternoon everyone,

MSGIGGLEWICK my god they sound awful, thank god they dont know about it thats the last thing you need, i dont understand how parents can treat their own kids so badly, like you say im not perfect but i am always there for my kids, they really are my whole life, and thats how i think it should be, as long as they are happy, i am happy. I am sorry it didnt work out you helping out one of your SS but hopefully later in life he will remember what it is like to belong to a normal loving family.

SNUGGLEBUNNY glad you are still determined to man up!!! i am not doing too bad on that front either.

PINKSTEPS Good luck tomorrow for your sons op, hope everything goes to plan.

    ELJAYCOCK :bdaycake:HAPPY BIRTHDAY :bdaycake:
One of my girls was driving home yesterday, i told her to be careful, because the snow has been quite bad and i also worry about black ice, so she was driving carefully and then this big bloody 4 x 4 was tailgating her and flashing his lights which really unsettled her, i was absolutely bloody fuming  why is everyone in such a hurry? Especially in dangerous conditions.

Feisty, I don't want to seem nosey, but do you always check your bank 2 months after the event ?
When are you going to check Dec ?
Like you said, it was so long ago, you can't remember what you spent the money on.
If there was an error, you would never know.

Sorry if you think this is nosey.
