I really hope you and the other winner get somewhere with this. I'm glad you're persevering. TBH, I'm not sure re Monkey. Some of what they wrote makes sense, in that I think it's probably true that once they've allowed people to enter a comp to win 2 Ipads, they can't really change the prize to just 1. However, I don't see the point in running comps that only seem to make 'winners' feel miserable for missing out. If it was me, I'm sure I would now rethink and give you and the other winner an Ipad each. It really would be the fair thing to do. GL Hun X

I dont think they should change the other prize to just one ipad now, but they should still give an ipad to lastkiss. OK so they will have to "find £500 from somewhere to pay for it", but this would have put them in a good light and it might have made people think about using them for insurance and they could have made more back, after all £500 for an ipad is cheaper than advertising (ie the whole point of running a comp). This has just made me think that they have got no chance of my custom ever.

Just a note, I contacted Edwin on another matter and the response was very quick. They do take these things seriously and it should not be long before you have a happy outcome I am sure.

Monkey Wendy Tolhurst we never received any original message from you. Nobody replied your 2nd message as you'd already missed the deadline to claim the prize so there was nothing to say.

starrybee most of their posts are like that...unbelievably childish. They do however most of the time refer to Monkey as 'I'....so I have asked for confirmation if I am indeed dealing with the owner of the company. God help any customers if this person is the boss

Thanks Tamalyn you have been so great, and have you noticed how many likes they have lost already? There were 12,000 + before - how much damage is this person doing to that company....the mind boggles

If this person is just the administrator of the page I wonder what the md would make of the damage being caused.....but no response to my email direct to company either
