Sausages tomatoes garlic puree and tomato puree sweetcorn and broad beans and some mixed mediterranean veg.
I always worry that the just bung it in approach won't work and I'll get home to something inedible, but either it is very easy or I've been very lucky so far!!!
It's so nice to get home to something ready to eat. Just some instant mash to bung togther - as i didn't have any potatoes to put in.0 -

If you don't put water in.....put some in about 1/3 of the way up. If you do this already i don;t know what else to suggest

I read that you shouldn't use vegetables from the brassica family when making stock as they can make it smell sulphurous - think brussel sprouts at Christmas. I would imagine that the long soup cooking time in a slow cooker could have the same pongy effect.0 -
Mine's got fairy liquid in it and is having the day off. But the chicken/chickpea curry was lovely.Wendy x0
