HM chicken korma - 4 chick breasts (doing a pot full so it can be frozen), one can reduced fat coconut milk, 4 dessertspoons mango chutney and 3 teaspoons of korma paste
    Yummy

    Banana Lovers
Buy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning

This sounds lovely but is this too much liquid for this recipe or does it work with half a pt of each?
