1 Red Pepper.
1 Courgette.
1 Chopped Onion.
a dozen halfed button mushrooms.
1 tbsp Paprika.
40 ml Single Cream.
1 can chopped tomaotes.
[STRIKE]1[/STRIKE] 1/2 pint of veg stock.
[STRIKE]1[/STRIKE] 1/2 pint beef stock.
I've made this before and is lovely! Kind of like a goolash (not sure about the spelling).0 -
