I did some chicken in white wine sauce in mine last night. Had enough left to liquidise the leftovers and have a 'posh' soup to take into work with me.

I'm making a cauliflower and cheese soup in it today for some dinner tonight and a packed lunch soup to last me and my housemate for the rest of the week.

I don't know how I ever managed without my slowcooker before! :D

Oh, I have been using mine. Did a lasagne in the big one on Saturday; as we had guests for dinner it was nice not to be cooking while they were here. And on Sunday I made red pepper pasta sauce in the small one (half of which is frozen for future use). Used it during the week last week too, but can't remember what for...

I made a sausage casserole on Sunday, and I've got a gammon knuckle to do over the next couple of days.

I find the great thing about the Sc is that when we have guests i am not in the kitchen the whole time, was at a friends for dinner on Sat and they were in kitchen almost all evening, whereas when they were at ours I simply dished up and was back at the table in minutes.
Going to throw a lamb piece in later with some red wine and rosemary, and see how that goes.

Yesterday I made chicken noodle soup - lovely.

Just found a wonderful leg of lamb recipe that I shall make on Saturday evening and leave to cook overnight ready for Sunday lunch.
