Well, after smashing my SC dish, I have had no success with a replacement. I would need to order from US and I decided just to buy a new one. Hopefully, it will be here by Friday.GC 2011 Feb £626.89/£450 NSD3/7 March £531.26/£450 April £495.99/£500 NSD 0/7 May £502.79/£500

Today Beef Stew
Couldn't remember the receipe, so:
Pound of stewing beef, large onion, carrot, corgette, red pepper and chilli roughly chopped, ground pepper, sea salt n' basic mixed herbs, 450ml of beef stock, 1/3 pint red wine.
Guess I'll see how it turns out. When I get in at 4:45 I'll have to add a bit of flour to thicken it up a bit.
Edit: Woot! 1,500th reply in this thread! is there a prize???Tim0 -
