Well, after smashing my SC dish, I have had no success with a replacement. I would need to order from US and I decided just to buy a new one. Hopefully, it will be here by Friday.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Can anyone give me an idea how to make some kind of tasty stew with the following please?

8oz shredded/cubed lamb (remainder of leg of lamb)
    2 carrots
    potatoes
small bits of frozen brocolli and cauli from freezer
    onions (red and white)

I do have spices, tinned toms, gravy granules etc in the storecupboard.

It will only be for the two of us.

    Today Beef Stew

    Couldn't remember the receipe, so:

Pound of stewing beef, large onion, carrot, corgette, red pepper and chilli roughly chopped, ground pepper, sea salt n' basic mixed herbs, 450ml of beef stock, 1/3 pint red wine.

Guess I'll see how it turns out. When I get in at 4:45 I'll have to add a bit of flour to thicken it up a bit.

Edit: Woot! 1,500th reply in this thread! is there a prize???
