Excel are banned right now until mid January , but as they mostly put fake tickets on vehicles and not apnr they will have the ability to get keeper details from mid December. So it depends when the OP got the invoice.
Lifted from the other thread about timings of these suspensions:
''Excel Parking Services – Suspended on 16th October 2012. Due to be reinstated on 17th January 2012''
Therefore I think they can get data regarding incidents with a windscreen fake PCN which were issued from 20th December onwards, only. That's based on the usual fake PCNs where they give the idiots who pay 28 days to do so before they try to get data...
Excel also use ANPR don't they? In those car parks they can't get data until the ban is over.
Makes no odds about the advice to ignore them but it may help the OP to see if they are going to get letters or not. @thebrickdepot, what's the date of the incident?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I knew I saw it somewhere coupon
if it was an apnr fake ticket I think January will be when that is lifted. Still as you say the advice of ignore stays the same. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

They should not be able to get any data for tickets issued prior to 16 Jan.0 -
They should not be able to get any data for tickets issued prior to 16 Jan.
It doesn't work like that, as the ban prevented them from getting details 28 days prior to when they got banned. So that was the 3 month ban, if they did what you say it would be February before they could get any details. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Hi there everyone, the incident took place on 20th December coupon-mad. I am a bit of a worried when it comes to things like this, I think part of it is due to my condition, also its the fear of not knowing what will happen. Has anybody else had tickets from excel?
Than for all the advice up to now. I will keep this thread open and keep it updated with what happens.
Hope everyone has a great Christmas.I'm not crazy, it's just that your reality is different to mine0 -
Lots of people have had tickets from Excel and nothing has happened. Just treat all the pathetic letters they might send out as you would any other junk mail. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

So you may be one of the first in 2013 to get the letters again from Excel. But they will be the same as the old letters shown in the letter-chains thread. Does this help, just tick off each letter that matches. It really is as easy as playing a game of snap! and the letters mean nothing at all:

And if you do start to get letters I would collect a couple, take copies of them, and then write a stiff letter of complaint in the Spring, to the Hospital Parking Manager. Point out your condition and that to harass a protected person with certain 'characteristics' as defined in the Equality Act 2010 is illegal. To allow their agent to write these letters breaks the law, what are they going to do about it? Say you are minded to sue the Hospital as they have a duty towards their 'protected disabled' visitors (Blue Badges not being applicable on private land). If you feel there were not enough disabled bays then say so, that all bays were full and that people like you have no alternative but to arrive by car (explain assertively why and what your needs are) so better provision should be made with clearer signage and more bays for people like you who meet the 'definition of disability' in the Act.
If the disabled bays said 'Blue Badges only' then put in a paragraph about that being misleading too (breaches the law because the Act covers the need and the disability/condition only, not whether the person has a blue badge/blue hat/blue car). Tell them all of this as if you are educating them - which you will be. We haven't seen a Hospital that has realised this fact (about no Blue Badge needed) yet but the more complaints the better.
But wait for a couple of letter first then write. Could be fun! Nowt to worry about!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Than for the link to the letters, it has certainly put my mind a little more at ease, but I am still apprehensive. Will do as I said earlier and ignore letters.
Than again for help and advice.I'm not crazy, it's just that your reality is different to mine0 -

You're lucky try as I might I can't get one of their tickets. Most disappointing.
I've had lots of fun with these clowns in the past.
Just follow the advice and don't worry about them.0
