    Hi all,

Well, I am back on the wagon this week and 2.5lbs down :j that's still up from where I was before but to say haven't done much exercise so has been all from eating healthier and cutting down the constant snacking I'd fallen back into then I'm quite pleased with that.
Have gone back to My Fitness Pal as well WW, it does help me to put it all down - even if it does make me cringe sometimes :rotfl:Have signed up for some meetup walks as well - though first one isn't until the 23rd. Am debating going back on 30day shred - it does work quite well for me, it's just so hard :rotfl:Think I need to suck it up and stop being so lazy! Didn't realise was only 2 weeks until solistice and would really like to be a bit down from when we started.

Ah well, hope everyone is having a good day - and Happy Mother's Day to all you mums x

Managed a wee walk/jog today. Cut it a bit short as was freezing, trying to snow and really windy - I get really bad earache when it's a cold wind, think I need one of those headband things that go over your ears? :rotfl:Still, better than nothing, going to ring my mum now and then make something for tea - am thinking something easy like veggies and quorn in a sauce but reasonably healthy.

Hello Ladies and Happy Mother's Day to Everyone.

WW - you are a "mummy" to your little dog so you count too!!!

I had a lovely day. Popped over to mum's with some flowers etc.

And then my fab boys took me to the cinema and then out for a meal.

Freezing cold here, flurries of snow so I'm afraid no walking today.

Glad to see you are all keeping fabbing. ;)

Years ago (when my exOH was still a nice person) I had a mothers day card from the dog - still got it :o

Glad you had a nice day LL.
Have decided to keep the new suit - just pressed it and found something to wear underneath tomorrow. Looks very smart if I say so myself!

A lovely day at mum's with quite a lot of sweet food eaten but I think I've managed to just about stay in my kcal bracket. Mum loved her little holiday box I made up for her present.

Back at work tomorrow with 2 difficult days ahead and already looking forward to next weekend.

Might try some exercise at some stage this week but ankle still aching - getting better though and I'd better not over do it.

Next few days look very cold so have got my warm work outfit again ready to go to keep wrapped up in the cold office.

What else? Happy Birthday to you, maman for Tuesday in case you swing by again x

DD1 brought me over a lovely 'Mothering Sunday' card and was telling me how much difficulty she'd had finding it. Apparently in John Lewis the fixture for cards from cats and dogs was bigger than the ones for mums!

Suit sounds fab ww, collagues will think you have an interview!

    Hi all,

Well, it's thick snow here and still coming down. Complete nightmare getting to work - was half an hour late but luckily they didn't seem to dare call me on it today :D Sat in my office with the heater on full but still cold!

Still keeping up with the healthy eating - so far so good! Though was supposed to have leftover curry for lunch today and realised this morning that OH must have been peckish last night as none left in the fridge :rotfl:Can't really call him, I always tell him to help himself, he just doesn't normally bother. So am on a bean wrap I picked up on the way in, it's actually quite nice.

Supposed to be meeting a friend for coffee after work, though am half expecting her to ring and cancel looking at the weather. Will see how it looks later on, hopefully might have cleared up a bit by then.
Hope everyone is having a good day, and stay safe in the cacky weather x

I've got a couple of those - they are fab for when you've done your hair & don't want to wear a hat despite the windchill being about -10! ;)

Brrrrrrrrr......it's cold here! Not too much snow just yet but think we are due a bit more later.
Trying to do a fast day when it's really cold is difficult but just about managed it yesterday.
Got my latest OU assignment back and tutor wants to print the poem on her facebook page so must be better than I thought.
Off to do battle with DWP. Have a good day all - keep warm.

    Just a quickie to say

    Happy Birthday Mamam

    :bdaycake:

Hope you have a lovely day.

It's freezing here too today. More snow forecast.

Pod - well done on the weight loss and the new regime.

Not much planned - will pop over to see OH if the snow holds off for a while. Went to physio yesterday - seem to making a bit of progress but need to losen up in the bath and then do my "homework" exercises.

    Have a good day everyone.
