Its telling me my code is not valid so dont know if its because I had codes from the daily mail in the past but the Hero code from saturday doesnt workn for me :-(
There are two D Mail offers at present, with different links. Both can be used on existing accounts.
The 20 point one is as posted by JAG above - enter HERO following the links at at http://www.findmypast.co.uk/content/offers/mail
The 40 point one needs 4 different codes, entered individually - the last code was announced in today's paper so this can now be completed. They are POPPY TRIBUTE SOLDIER and FRONT. Enter these at http://www.findmypast.co.uk/mailcollect
The 20 point code credits instantly, the 40 point one says it is successful but my points haven't yet gone up - I assume they will later*.

*ETA 40 points now credited on my account, so there is a time delay.0 -
Managed to get the 20 credits so thank you.
The 4 codes say invalid.
I input them and each has its own submit button but as soon as I press one, it says invalid. Wonder if it's because I'm on an iPad?
Shall try later on a PC.
With the 20 credits I've managed to find a newspaper report about my dads grandmother. She got fined 5s in 1927 for using obscene language towards a neighbour!! :rotfl:
Also found a report on her father, in court for stealing from his employer. It said he was corrupted so the corrupter was sentenced to two years hard labour and not him.
I do think he's a bad 'un though as he deserted his family and I cannot find him on any Census except 1871 when he was a child at home. Also no death record. Anyway, I digress...Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

I did the same thing and had the same problem. I found you have to put them in one by one and press submit before putting the next code in. Order doesn't matter.0 -
Thanks! It worked.
