You pay more in tax in a year than I have working for 28 years? Really? Wow that must be a lot of £££££ you are paying in TAX and NI LOLJohnnytwostep wrote: »I am hardly a scrounger, put more into society in terms of tax in a year than these bunch of workshy layabouts will ever in their lives. Plus as of some time next year i wont even get child benefit as I apparently earn too much. But its fine for the workshy to get benefits without ever earning anything.

His proposal will affect all benefit claimants excluding those on the state basic pension and disability benefits. That includes claimants who work.
It should be pointed out that this is a ten minute rule bill, and theses very rarely became law.0 -

As for Jeremy Kyle the program is aimed at bigots like you.
I should have read this from the start.
I see that he not only reads the Daily Mail but actuallly believes it when he does (as opposed to thinking for himself).
I am lucky enough to be in work, probably explains why I have never seen Jerry Kyle but my retired cousin did once tell me that his programme gives the impression that everyone in the country is lazy, thick and unemployed.
So I can see how watching Jerry Kyle might have encouraged bigotry in those Daily Mail readers with nothing else to do but spend their time watching.
In the real world many people are out of work through no fault of their own (eg ex-Comet staff) and jobs are not always easy to just walk into, particularly for older people, inexperienced people or those with limited qualifications.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -

I think you get it, therefore
I have no clue why you don't get it (as everyone, including you, gets HB).0 -
