Does anyone know when you can start returning sale items you bought in store? I bought a dress yesterday that sadly (and annoyingly as i love it!) doesn't fit :(

Dunno about the sale stuff, be nice to change non sale stuff

A mate got a nice expensive new coat for brought on Xmas Eve.

Took it back Boxing Day to change it as too big and the staff tried to tell him they'd sold out Xmas Eve, his wife had told him there were loads left !!!

I had to explain to him how the Next sale works. :rotfl:

Last year we went christmas eve and done all shopping(very expensive) after sale about a week later we too it back and said that we want to give it back and we will buy it at cheaper price and she was helpful, as you have 28 days to return.
I havent done it this year and didnt buy much anyway (even I got VIP sale which I didnt buy anything) ,
in sale we bought couple of trousers for my son and hubby which we didnt need it.
I dont have Next works, but they gave me 2000 credit limit (my balance never goes over 50) and I do get invite for the last 3-4 sales.
  • Received my first delivery today :-)
Happy days! Lovely clothes in mint condition, no tag holes stains etc
I love the sales but I get annoyed with all those silly tag holes!

i received some of my stuff yesterday too. well happy.
But there was an item in there that i didn't order and it isn't showing on the invoice.

should i return to the courier or call next

    it's a toddlers onsie

I also got a 'freebie' thrown in. A girls 3-4 top, I have two boys and another boy on the way so no good in my house, lol. I'll take it back I think :)
  • Personally if it were me and had a 'freebie' I would call next, you have no legal obligation to send it back and they may say keep it as they know this however...

I have ordered many items for my daughter, and have had items missing, maybe packed in the wrong parcels and three piece sets with only one peice delivered and getting a refund is near on nigh impossible. We all just want cheaper clothes for our kids at a decent cost, sadly mistakes happen and often its honest people that lose out :( Happened several times to me and I more often than not, have not been given a refund on missing items, after all they had to have been sent out somewhere... apparantly :(
    Comping wishlist for 2017
    1. Family holiday 2. Christmas presents :rudolf: 3. Fishing stuff

Just noticed one of the jumpers I got for ds on Boxing Day has A red pen mark on the neck. I really want it, do you think they'll give me some money off it? It looks like the pen they use to write the labels

Many sale items that I have come across in store have a red mark on the label to let them know it's in the clearence / sale.
  • if i return something bought 2 days pre-sale that is now reduced, can i return it and then rebuy it?
Bit confused as they stick a label on it don't they and put it behind for returns but then read the above?
