Terrible weight month, have gained another 2lb this week. Slippery slope, must keep positing and get back on track!

Hi HH,
How is it going now? I think it gets harder when you've been doing it a while. As you know I have been really struggling. I lost my first 2 stones in 4-5 months and have really just maintained for 7-8 months. I've just decided to take a break from SW as I am making so little progress. With financial issues too it will save me £20-£25 a month which I can pay on one of our credit cards.
I have been justifying going to SW group, with the worry that if I didn't go I would put the weight I had lost back on... but have decided to go it alone for 6 weeks and see what happens. If I put on at end of 6 weeks then I will go back to class.
I am 2 weeks in so far. OH is being good too and we are cooking from scratch and not counting calories etc. Just seeing what happens, cutting out any alcohol in week and any snacking. We have also given up anything chocolatey for Lent so that helps too. Also for a change we've switched the scales to kg! Have to convert back on phone as no idea in kg. I have lost 0.4 kg both weeks so just over 1.5 lbs. Very slow and steady but we haven't been eating diet food.. I have had wine at weekends, 1 pizza and some bday cake for mother-in-law this week.
Hopefully I'll keep plodding on - small losses but a loss is a loss
I need to find some exercise I like doing now...

I like your plan for SW. Well done on the loss. Am certain cooking from scratch offers significant benefits.
No change for me but was thinking yesterday that maybe should see maintaining as a positive not a negative.

No weight loss but at least no more gain. Hoped to be posting a loss but gave in to beer and Chinese take away, not carb friendly for sure.

Not good news, gained another 1lb in past two weeks. No one to blame but myself. It's a year this week since I started lower carb eating. Am still 2st 10lb lighter. Must get back with it or will be more slippery slope stuff.
