  • Hi just catching up on your thread, great idea can I join, only on p3 but have subscribed and will try and catch up. Would like to loose 2 stone  bit ambitious but if I write it down its more likely to happen;) and a £14k loan to pay off so let see how we get on. Started my own diary today too so that should keep me focused

    Hello newbies!

So I have been sooo bad and eaten rubbish this week. Know I have put on weight but official weigh in tomorrow! Will report back. All about damage limitation today!

So tonight I went roller skating for the first time since I was a teenager! Was there for 2 hours but had a few rests! Could so feel it in my bum and thighs! According to my fitness pal it burnt 490 cals in an hour! Was good fun and didn't feel like I was exercising!

:D Im hopeless at roller skating - I used to ice skate loads when I was younger, but I never did get the hang of rollerskates!!!

Ive been rubbish with food today - have been trying hard, but it was a mad busy one at work, so the shop called.... :(

Money wise was good though - sold two of my horses rugs, and got some milage for work this morning - so yay !! :D

    Evening all (and :hello:newbies)

Well 3rd weigh in at SW and 1lb off - was hoping for more as have been good but thinking the cough sweets may not have been helping. Need to stay focussed this week as would love 2lb next week... OFF that is.

Having Carpal Tunnel op on Friday (getting a bit nervous) and will then be signed off work for a few weeks. Hoping I can be trusted in the house on my own... and not raid the kitchen. I am planning to walk daughter to school as can't drive while stitches are in and figure that will give me some exercise. Will also save on petrol :)

I went rollerskating about a year ago clippy and LOVED it - until a major wobble and a not so soft landing. Must go back ... as definitely fun way to do some exercise.... just not a fan of the hire skates... absolutely minging at our rink. Ewwwww!

Well done Karb - not had that kind of weight loss in a week ever.. apart from on week 1.

Hope you are feeling better WelshWoofer (and any one else who is poorly).

Great news on people's ebay sales - I managed to sell about £40 with the free listing weekend but going to leave as a buffer in paypal for now :)

    14 Flumpkin -Loss for Jan = 9½lb, total loss = 9½lb, £1's lost = £15

Shivering can make you lose weight, right?!

I did so enjoy arriving at Heathrow to the snow. No access to scales for the next couple of weeks, but I'm hoping that running up and down three flights of stairs doing DIY will have an effect.....

Well done on all the fab weightloss and welcome to the newbies.
