That means you really could not dispute for non reciept..
15 days from date of debit and you have that right to dispute for non reciept. ( by far the quickest and easiest for you)
We would try it, but retailer does then have a right to say it was cancelled.
That does open another door, as to why they have not refunded. But it just drags things on for months.
