In the past I could Log In using memorable data. I have not tried it as this STUPID GADGET is not with me at the moment.

I just want to find out other people experience regarding transfer OUT to external A/C so far what I have been experiencing is that,

    - I will always need this stupid gadget even transfer out to external ac that have been paid previously. Is people experiencing same thing. e.g for transfer out to external ac that has been paid previously will always need this gadget ?

    thanks

Are you referring to the Halifax account, as you don't need anything to log on, just the usual passwords etc?

Erm.....are you talking about Nationwide? And the card reader?

If so, you can usually log in with MD, and usually make payments to external accounts that are already set up. I usually do this and only very occasionally have they insisted on the card reader.

Would you mind stopping to contaminate this thread with your questions/comments about your £100 reward. Ask Halifax whether it's yours or not if you are unsure, and please leave this thread to what it is supposed to cover - i.e. the forthcoming changes to RAs and URCAs.

well, asking halifax i constantly get mixed answers, staff are not helpful, only switched due to the incentive as well as the fiver...so we will have to wait and see and keep EVERYONE posted about the progress...overall it is a halifax thread..lol

This thread is "Changes to Reward and Ultimate Reward Accounts", nothing whatsoever to do with switching to the Halifax and their incentive to do so.

Please stop confusing yourself, and others, by posting on subjects not relevant to a particular thread, and/or by posting wrong information (such as "you can only set up a standing order, not dd", in the context of ING Direct).

If you wish to keep EVERYONE (as you say) posted about the progress of your switching to Halifax, please set up a separate thread about it.

Please don't encourage him to start another thread, he's posted at least 10 asking the same questions already.

Everyone has given the same answers to the questions on all occasions, and still he won't accept the answers.

So NO MORE THREADS ON THE SAME SUBJECT!!!
Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both.

Soz, wasn't meant to encourage more mayhem. I suppose there's alway the "ignore" button if it continues.
