In the time it took you to write your post, you could have gone to the Lloyds website and found this0 -
So , am I correct, with the Vantage no pesky DDs monthly or quarterly. Just £1000 going in each month ?
The 'reward' is the interest rate- which I assume is still 3% ( rates quoted are June last year!)Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

Don't need them right now, no - - but they had a special offer not to long ago where you could get 4% on your balance if you kept between £5K and £6K in your account, provided you had 2 DDs on the account (and did the £1K thing).
So there is precedence for them wanting to see DDs, and a couple of extra DDs aren't actually too difficult to set up: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/41686670 -
I'm really confused by the changes - particularly being in credit every day. I generally go over at least once a month - so my account (Ultimate Rewards) will now cost £180. I use the breakdown service, phone insurance and travel (but had to pay extra due to medical conditions). I'll have to look into costs otherwhere as I know think the rewards aren't worth it. Is there any other current accounts that allow a dip into an agreed overdraft for a few days a month?
I pay in over £2k a month so would meet a lot of eligibility requirements.0 -

You will still be allowed to dip into your overdraft at Halifax - not just £10, but £50 from May onwards. If you are presently using your overdraft for more than the £10, you are likely to pay a lot more than just a fiver in overdraft charges.
You just don't get the fiver, for that month, in future if you do. For any month you stay in credit, you will still get the fiver if you have 2 DDs that pay monthly, and pay in £750.
If you are looking for accounts that allow free overdrafts, you could try First Direct, where you get a free £250. No free fiver ever, though.0 -

Most people earn £45/hour ? I certainly don't earn anywhere near that.0
