I am desperate for this judgement to go in our favour . I still think there's a small chance the loans could be deemed void these mistakes are serious and the way we've been kept prisoner on these jacked up rates of interest at 13 percent in my case is simply outrageous . I've paid for 9 years and the balance has Barry been touched. I feel this whole loan think is an absolute scandal and debacle. I just hope the judges see it the same way and consign our loans to history! Please. Everyone must swamp the media if it goes any other way!:j0

It's time for people to move on from this....returning to this thread and this debate will achieve nothing other than anger, frustration and upset...the decision has been made and people should spend their time trying to get back on track through means other than clinging on to this0

There appears to be two issues over which we could have sued: misrepresentation and breach of contractual warranty. We need legal advice to know if either are still valid given that it was a few years ago now.0

What's next then? Are there any lawyers that might take it on now? Surely someone can help us? They want us to sit down and take it, this is all one big joke to them, they don't care what they've put us all through! Perhaps we should all meet up and get the press/media involved?0

Rather insulting....no need for that. I wanted this result as much as you did. I've never worked for NRAM...only paid them a huge sum every month0 -
Why are you so obsessed with us moving on? You are very free to do so, but I'm sure many of us will want to continue to fight this! You don't need to keep posting the same message!0

There is nothing left to fight though....I'm not obsessed and don't keep posting the same message....I'm just advising people to get on with their lives....life is too short to spend another 3 years on a whole new argument0 -
