I would have thought so too. I think todays decision is the ultimatum UNLESS if we lose and WE decide to appeal.. I think...

Well they should be in court now.. as the next hearing in the same place is at 10am.. I think a decision should come through any minute..

I think you need to be given persimmon to appeal or apply for such to the CoA or SC, for either to be able to. i.e. not an automatic right.
