Ugh, stop disrespecting others ! Move on if you want, fight if you want. I will be continuing to research and looking at other avenues we can consider- I hope and imagine others will be doing the same. Really, we need to come together now. Or say nothing !0

Exactly keg, must work for them. They managed to get it turned around so I'm going to keep fighting. It's about the principle of it!0

I'm not disrespecting anyone...this is a forum and I've been very polite. I'm discussing the outcome and my opinion is that this is the end of the road.
Unless you have a considerable amount of funds to look at other avenues then I don't see where else you can go....I can't see anyone taking this case any further.0 -
Ok you have made your point, but it isn't really up to you what others decide to do. There appears to be a couple of issues outstanding and legal advice is needed as to whether there is any chance of us suing.0

I never said you were CPR. We are all stressed and misunderstanding each other. I was actually referring to someone accussing you of working for Nram !

Might be missing the point here but once it came to light that incorrect documentation was issued wouldn't they have been legally obliged to issue new documents? The fact that they have not surely is an issue in itself?0

I never said it was up to me...I'm just discussing an opinion on a forum.0 -

Yes it is a potential issue but unlikely that remedial action is possible in these particular circumstances unfortunately0
