My dad just bought a second hand ipad 1. Its running slow and still had some of the previous owners stuff on it so i thought I would reset it back to factory settings. I used a you tube tutorial but while his (the guy on you tube) reset almost immediately ours still has the little waiting circle going around after over half an hour. Is this normal, is there anything I can do? I have tried to switch the ipad off completely but it wont let me........just hoping I havent messed up :-0
