Has anyone else got the 2nd letter from NRAM where it breaks down the amount of interest due and details payment ?
This letter I just received yesterday informed myself that my redress was processing and to expect it credited to my bank account within a week. I have already checked my account and have received a sum for £2328.90. I'm overjoyed
I had the together mortgage and took out a £18000 loan with it in 2007.
Has anyone else receive anything yet, looks like I'm the first to post.0 -

Looks like you are the first to post. Congratulations on all counts!
I have a three of questions if I may.
1)Was the amount refunded from 2007 or just 2008?
2) Do you still have a together mortgage?
3) Did they pay into your mortgage account or your current account.
Thanks0 -

Sorry, more questions if you don't mind!
1. Is your personal loan repaid? (I thought Nram were going to make the refunds to the loan accounts)
2. Does the letter say what period the refund covers?
Many thanks.0 -

Nope, loan has not been fully repaid yet.
2008 - early 2012.
Hi, another few questions if you dont mind:
Was you refunded ALL interest from 2008 to 2012 on the unsecured loan, or just some of the interest?
What date in 2008 was this from?
I expect not, but did they pay interest on the payments they refunded?
Thanks. I repaid my mortgage and unsecured loan in dec 2011 but have checked all my statements, and would be due 3k+ from 2008 - 2011. Keeping my fingers crossed.0 -
i took a mortgage out in Aug 2007 for £180K and an unsecured loan of £12K against a property of £190K (101%:()
Am on a repayment and now off the fixed rate. missed couple payments over the years and currently owe £193K. Chipping away now with £200 overpayment month but have got no chances of fixing it elsewhere as property is currently valued at £180k max.
We have now accepted that we are stuck in our house but look forward 3-7 years when we will be in a great position with debt paid CCJs gone and a bit of equity.
i had the first letter as i guess im one of the ones that may receive a refund, i have an account number 584XX-XXXXX
Has any one else had a second letter? i pay my payment each month on card as try and over pay so they do not have any bank details for me, whats the likely hood of them issuing a cheque? or will it just come off the loan? either way its a bonus0 -
I,m in similar situation but loan is £24k at the moment as they jacked the intended rate when I remortgaged and I,ve struggled to meet payments. I reckon a refund for me could over £9k and if paid by cheque to me it would be frankly life changing as I could get finances on track and get out the cycle of short term expensive debt. I,ll be amazed if they don't simply pay to the loan account though. One thing nobody has mentioned is impact on credit file - they should be removing late markers if no interest was due and I,m effectively ahead with my payments and not in arrears?0

no letter yet, wonder if im an unlucky one.0
