In the land of workers, the 31st has never been a bank holiday, Not sure why anyone would think that is is?

No. I was told by the Job Centre that it'll be on Friday (28th) as normal.

I signed on Monday 17th got my payment as usual on 20th, got another payment on 21st December for £142 I normally get £112.50.
Did they make a mistake by paying over 25's amount or was it money for the holiday period. I was supposed to sign on 31st but I don't need to go again until 14th Jan. When should I expect my next payment to come through?


£50 a day on JSA would be a lasting amount :cool:

I Called the JCP today, I just had my money transferred automatically, just call the number 0845 608 8770 and say you weren't paid on the 21st december and they should help you out

Just a bit of help off somebody please! I was paid the 19th December as due, and then early on the 21st,when would I expected to be paid next? Thanks in advance!

If you are paid weekly, then the money paid on the 21st was for the 26th, so I imagine you would receive your next payment on 2nd January. HTH

I am due JSA today and have not been yet it, its past midnight I usually get paid about 12.10 its now 12.16am and I have not been paid, anyone else got there money yet?

hey can anyone clear my mind here lol. I was supposed to sign on wednesday (boxing day) and I normal get my payment on the following monday. Im guessing it take 3 working days. Will i get my payment this monday 31st. Im sure they said i would get it early. Many thanks

You should have received it on the 21st.
