Sounds quite a hectic day but one I bet you have been looking forward too, now you just need the little one who will use all this stuff, but not too soon.
I had my beautiful DGD for her first sleepover this weekend, she is three weeks old,her mummy and daddy where not far behind as they went out to celebrate a few birthdays then crashed at mine, and I mean crashed don't know whether it was new baby syndrome, going out late with friends or daddy having one too many to drink. I have thoroughly enjoyed myself.
Mow kerri make sure you have a restful couple of days.xx:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000 -
Sounds like a great haul kerri..fab news. Great saving. If I had my calculator to hand would work out the percentage.. Ooh. Hang on using my phone is that a 38% saving?? !!:D Yes indeedy. Go you!MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

38% that's awesome
we've kitted her out for the first few months for just over £1200, all we need now is a mattress for her cotbed, some books and then clothes when she gets a bit bigger.
Today hasn't been a LSD, I had to buy 50 2nd class stamps (small ones) so I can post fleabay items and bought OH & I pizza for dinner as I was too tired to cook.
Baby is a wriggly little thing and although my hips appear to be trying to go to different ends of the country, or that's how it feels anyway, I'm still enjoying her kicking around. At the moment it feels like the cats been sat on each of my hips for too long when they haven't grr. All I really want is an ibruprofen, but can't have thatjust lumping it and trying not to walk around too far.
OOh and look at my avatar, I now have a Debt Free badgehow cool is that! I intend to keep it too. Oooh and I cancelled my v4nq1s account today, they're giving me back £12.03 which I'd apparently overpaid so will go into my account tomorrow. I now only have the BC which I pay off as soon as I spend anything on it.
3 days remaining until both OH and I can make our first savings of our very own without it being inheritance or anything else. Superb!

Well done on your debt free status, and wishing you all the best for the appearance of your little one. So glad you are spending some money on yourself, I'm looking forward to being in the same position one day and not walking around with sewn up trousers for work!

Nice to hear from you Chrysalis
do you have your own diary?
I've just ordered my xmas present from OHbeen waiting for the red k3nwood mixer to come back in stock. It comes with a free toaster and kettle to match. We already have a kettle and a toaster, but I'm going to put them on fleabay to make some pennies back. Our toaster is a bit rubbish so I'll keep the new one. Although not sure which kettle to keep, will see what OH thinks when it arrives. Going to sell the br3ville mixer I have on fleabay though, one of the whisks is a bit worn and loose though, but if I can make £20 I'll be happy.
I'm going to go and make a banana and custard tart for some pudding. I think I might even have some energy for making glamorgan sausages too....oooh yummy. I wonder if I'll have enough energy for making some yummy wedges to go with them? Might be worth a try, either that or some homemade parsnip and potato hash browns.
My sister is being a PITA again, told her the other day that I wasn't going to be doing the craft fair this weekend as I wasn't sure if we were away...was hoping she'd take the hint. She has had my Dad call me to tell me to let her know I'm not doing it, urm already did that the other week not my fault she didn't take the hint. She's now told me my attitude towards her at the moment is unacceptable and hurtful....not entirely sure exactly what I'm supposed to have done there but told her I don't have the time or energy to deal with her victim attitude. No doubt one of my parents will call me at some point to tell me I have to start speaking to her again and it's all my fault *sigh*.
Both cats are curled up around me at the moment, I'm sure they think I'm a large cat and fair game for sleeping on/running across/using as a radiator.
Oh and I am back to comping, I've won a few things before but nothing too big. It's a bit more difficult when you don't use a W1ndows machine but I'm going to see if OH will set me up with my own profile on his machine so I can use that from tomorrow as trying to use the laptop all the time is a right royal PITA anyway.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Does your sister not know you are pregnant, she is unbelievable. You don't need all this hassle, stick to your guns, you don't deserve this treatment.
Good luck on the comp front, lets hope you win big.xx:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000
