Put a document on a DVD as a pic??

I sometimes give talks and prepare pics on a DVD to project.
But I also want to project documents I have prepared. However I cannot find a way to save these documents in Jpeg or similar.
I usually use LibreOffice and NeoOffice and can save in lots of formats but none will work on Toast which I use to burn a DVD.
So I have taken to printing and then scanning, but I am sure there is a better way?

A screen shot saved in paint may not be the "proper" way to do it but very simple.Hi. I'm a Board Guide on the Gaming, Consumer Rights, Ebay and Praise/Vent boards. Have you tried "printing" using 'Microsoft Office Document Image Writer' which will produce a TIFF file (although this only produces black & white images). Or you could try a combination of this:
doPDF (to print a PDF version)
and then:
Office Convert PDF to JPG JPEG TIFF (to produce image)
I've used doPDF which I prefer out of the many PDF printers. Have not tried the office conver though.
With more searching, you may find other virtual printers that produce image files.Never let it get you down... unless it really is as bad as it seems.0 -
I tend to put the document into Publisher and then save as Jpeg. I then open and crop any white border so all I have is the image (file/document/info).Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0

I photograph documents. The quality is better than my old scanner.0
