  • You have completely made up what the thread was about !

Course I have. It's all in my head.

Why would I have ever mentioned processes in the past, you had it all sorted from day 1. Shame on me.

    Better?
If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.

There are lots of things wrong. Shock, horror, we are not a perfect business!

Why not drag up a few threads about me, think there is a recent one where I mention a few personal problems I have been having :)

They may or may not be related.

Certainly some of the previous threads you come across as a very stong willed person, perhaps some might see that stuborn but you still seem to have missed the point when it come to the business especialy employing people

If you had processes in place then you would be a lot closer to making any employee issues resolvable.

These processes along with other business procesess(like how to do the accounts) help make a business robust and scalable, essential when you start employing people.

Our current employee knows that he cannot work for us any more if he gets sent down, he isnt stupid. He knows it isnt vindictive, but then he knows me, unlike you.

Ask him to resign or better offer a comprimise agreement and pay him off.

I suppose each to their own, but I find it weird that you would spend time going back and reading past threads, I wouldnt dream of checking out your past before commenting on a post that you had made.

Do you do that to people in real life?

I don't do it often but some threads take a turn that hint there is more and may influence what you recomend, .a few financial ones need back history.

I only went back because there was something about the way the thread turned, often there is a backtheme that you can pick up or something not mentioned that is relevent, Iwas particulary looking for the "apprentice thread".

    Anyway in real life.

You do it even more especialy when establishing new relationships or potential friends.

EVEN more important(and relevent) is when recruiting.

You need a policy that identifies the background checks you will do as it looks like you may be recruiting soon perhaps now is the time to put one in place.
