Its not the same procedure to deal with the attitude of an employee than to dismiss them because they are in prison.
Good luck with your business if you think they are the same.
Oh dear. It is.
It's your discipline and grievance procedure that you need to follow.
It's the only procedure that you follow if you have issues with discipline. That's why it is an all encompassing procedure.
You'd know that - if you had one.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -

Oh dear. Maybe you should concentrate on your own busines rather than mine.
I didnt discipline him, I wanted to know how to deal with him having a bad attuitude about his work. We sorted it and he is still with us and doing very well too.
But im glad that you have actually taken on board what I have told you several times.0 -

Yes, what you did there was [possibly] follow [a non-existent] informal disciplinary procedure.
You seem determined NOT to have a disciplinary procedure. Not quite sure why that is.
[And it's businesses, not business. I just made the point that before the next business is started up, all the necessary procedures are all in place. It really is a very simple thing to do.]If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -

This is getting very silly.
I have no idea why you dont like me, but you obviously dont, so lets leave it at that.
You think what you like about me, you have obviously made up your mind about me, it doesnt matter what I say, I might as well be talking to a brick wall.
Have a nice day0 -

I know nothing about you and couldn't give a hoot - you are taking this too personally. I am concerned that you are leaving yourself WIDE open to future issues.
That's all.
No idea why you have taken umbridge to the suggestion of getting formal processes and procedures in place to keep yourself out of court. All very odd.If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -

I havent, and have never said that I have, I have no idea where you got the idea that I have from.
ETA - actually, you probably got it from the non-existent place in your head that told you that I wanted to 'get rid' of my apprentice without having any procedures.0 -

You would think that running business for 10 years and employing people the basic employment processes woulld be in place, mkes you wonder what else might be missing other than a disiplinary process.0 -

There are lots of things wrong. Shock, horror, we are not a perfect business!
Why not drag up a few threads about me, think there is a recent one where I mention a few personal problems I have been having0 -

Just because a thread was deleted does not make it non-existent!
You were adamant that you wanted rid. Just like your offender. Lets hope them or their family aren't reading this and printing out that you had already made your mind up and thus made it automatically an unfair dismissal. If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -

You have completely made up what the thread was about !
Our current employee knows that he cannot work for us any more if he gets sent down, he isnt stupid. He knows it isnt vindictive, but then he knows me, unlike you.0
