I have raised over £10K for charity in the last 12 months and another £14K form the two years' previously.

I organise charity events every month of the year, even through my being ill.

Can't look at your feet either, hands won't allow me to do any of that work any more - sorry!
Shameless sorry to hear that your hands are still causing difficulty ,they really are a concern, especially after they made you give up your previous career. Kind Regards Ken

This event is it exclusive to Mortgage advisers? I am interested and my son also.
    What charity have you designated?
Will it a requirement that you are Cemap?

Not picked a charity yet kenshaz. I NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS FIRST. You and son are most welcome to join if you call a truce on the latest squabbling.

I have certainly mis -judged some advisers and overall they are a principled bunch,it would be impossible for that to apply to all and I must be more tolerant of the few that do not measure up.

I have enjoyed the debate and lessons have been learned and friends made.

In respect for Payless and Homer-j we have a truce.

I have also enjoyed the humour and support of others and they have contributed to my decision.

I was going to suggest we all gave up our proc fee on the next mortgage and gave it to a childrens charity. Non mortgage brokers could match the amount of the lowest proc fee.
