I am not really a nice person to work for - I am a bit picky and like things to be just so. I would not like to work for me.
But have not had someone complain when I was an FS manager and my PA seems to quite like me as she has already been offered more money and stayed (I nearly kissed her but have already been threatened by her army hubby) and 2 of her friends are interviewing for the admin post. (yay me)
I am a big fan of Tony Robbins and try to apply what he says to my own life and use that as my model behaviour to try and get my staff to emulate. Problem is, I am too fat, too poor and too lethargic to be a true Tony Robbins man. But he has done wonders for me and I hate to imagine where I'd be without.
You may not be aware but I am in a positon to introduce newly CeMAP qualified people to potential employers (for a fee) on a national basis.
If you are at all interested pm me.

They don't tell us that on the Course!
That would have been most helpful a couple of months ago.
It is very difficult trying to find placements in basic salary appointments, nigh on impossible, even with full CeMap.
That is why most people end up working self-employed - because we have no other choice in the matter.0 -

I dont know who Tony Robbins is? Difficult to keep the weight off in this job, the long unsocial hours, its a sedentary occupation and if you are not inclined for the gym, like me, you will find your zips popping in IkeaPerhaps we should challenge ourselves to some charity mountain hike or something next year? raise some money for something worthwhile....

Having successfully completed the course, Helen will accept your CV and forward it to potential employers and employment agencies.
You had better go and get your beauty sleep and look your best for Brendan in the morning.
All the best in the coming CeMAP 1 course and CeMAP 1 exam.
Kind regards

We'll do something strenous for charity. it will mean I have to get really fit and lose some weight so obviously there's a benefit for me but I think it would be a really good bonding exercise, and good for us all.I am a Mortgage Adviser
