I had someone follow me round Mr T today (might be because i got a high DTD yesterday and the most wanted in that store lol) I was only going in there quickly. I noticed the guy following me as it was obvious. they need to train their staff better in following tactics:D:D

I decided to use the guy for my advantage, so after walking up and down the baby aisle I noticed he checked the same products as I did (told you he was obvious! tut tut tosco:p). So I quickly turned around and said oh do you have this in stock? *pointing at the empty shelf of some half price shampoo*
he said sorry but we haven't.
LTF: well do you mind checking??!
Undercover idiot, staff member: well I can double check if you really want?
LTF: yes please do.
Undercover idiot, staff member: I won't be long
LTF: thank you (that's got rid of you:D:D :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:)

I then carried on with my shopping

What a horrible thing to happen. And how frustrating for you having to overrule your urge to give chase and detain the guy, because of your quite natural and necessary primary concern for your daughter. I am so glad you are both OK though. Re. insurance, how easy your claim will be may depend on which company you are with. I seem to remember the one with the red phone was the easiest, and the smaller companies a bit trickier, but it is all a good few years ago for me. I am sure you got lots of witnesses anyway! All the best to you. And you are so right, the important thing is that neither of you was hurt.

I've finished the chemo bit of my first cycle. Not feeling too bad, got a bit of a cold at the moment and praying it doesn't turn into anything nasty. She did say they were in a different place but cause I was getting my Mums dinner aswell and I was running late I declined to go with her to look. However I am going out to put Mum to bed later so will pop in and look. I will take some pics aswell and add them to my letter. The label on the product said exactly the same thing but apparently had a different barcode and the £4.99 one looked like it had a browner rind. I am also a bit annoyed as the 2nd lady had a bad attitude towards me.
They are actually taking a hammering in my local as a new Morrisons opened nearby a week ago and they are a bit short of customers. I will report back.

Can I ask about the Finest Beef? There was none in my local, so I went to your local tonight, and all the rump joints had no stickers on, is this how you got DTD? I'm a bit confused, or maybe have they removed all the Half Price Stickers?
Anyway, I got a Finest Silverside Joint which was stickered Half Price for £14, but should I have got this for £7??? Confused!!
