Having a quick look at MSM as you do and mine shows the raffaello as not being part of the 3 for £10 so may be back as a trigger?

Not showing as in offer on mine either

Well I kind of got good news today but think it may have a sting in it's tail.

I originally came to MSE about something called Loanguard Cover which I noticed had been coming off what was then our joint bank account with RBS. Nobody could give me a definitive answer as to whether it was classed as PPI so I left it for a couple of years. I phoned up RBS about 6 weeks ago when I'd finally decided I had nothing to lose.

I had it added up that this Loanguard cover was roughly £600 but received a letter today from RBS offering me £2308!

The sting in the tail is that although the letter is in my name, the account was a joint one and although both me and my OH are supposed to be discharged from bankruptcy, he still pays £10 a week towards his so there's a chance that the accountant in bankruptcy could come after half of my OH's money. What was slightly curious is that the letter was addressed to me only and usually when it's to do with the joint account both of our names are used.

I've been in touch with the local money advice centre and he's going to talk to an insolvency expert about it but even if it's only me that gets 50% of the money, it was still 100% more than I was expecting!!
    They didn't ask me :)

:(I was just about to say what Silvercar said;)Their have been cases of the Liquidators/OR claiming the PPI.Even if you're discharged its still supposed to go to the OR if you paid the PPI before the bankruptcy, because the bankruptcy debt hasnt been cleared. I've done lots of PPI's and from personal experience can tell you its right, but you might be lucky;);) I went into bankruptcy 14 years ago (For an extortionate shop lease!) and I could only claim PPI paid after the bankruptcy and not before.Good luck;)

Morning everyone:)Thick frost here and its freezing, just having a quick catchup then loads to do.Hope everyones well and not too chilly!

Have a read of this short thread:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3766585

Basically it isn't your claim to make and if you do make the claim and get a payment you risk the OR's solicitors' coming after you in years to come to get the money back :(

I'm fed up of missing out on these deals at Morries. I'm sure its mainly the jobless who get them all because every time I go at 2.30 after I finish work they're always all gone :( next time if I hear early enough work can wait!
