I'm fed up of missing out on these deals at Morries. I'm sure its mainly the jobless who get them all because every time I go at 2.30 after I finish work they're always all gone :( next time if I hear early enough work can wait!

Same problem here - i work 8-4 and my local opens at 8 - no way are there going to be any left after 4 :(

Last week there was loads at the store I went to today but they weren't coming up as 98p, even though they were elsewhere. All of those games had gone tho today :( and by the sounds of it the staff had them.
Oh well perks of the job I suppose.

Have a read of this short thread:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3766585

Basically it isn't your claim to make and if you do make the claim and get a payment you risk the OR's solicitors' coming after you in years to come to get the money back :(

Thanks for all the replies. I knew there was a sting in the tail :(

If the bank had told me that we could have used this PPI cover when I ended up going off sick from work then we wouldn't even be in the financial pickle that caused the bankruptcy. And added to the irony is that if we did make a claim, they wouldn't have paid out anyway due to me having type 1 diabetes.

To be honest, I'm having more fun learning how to save a penny or two on my weekly shopping and would have ended up giving most of the PPI money away to my family.

  • I confirm Dove shop worked today for me :j

Maybe a teeny bit unfair to make such a claim don't you think. Plenty people on this very thread are probably jobless and not by choice may I add.

Please try to think before posting such a harsh judgement ;)

  • If anyone likes the nakd cocoa orange bars 35g you can use the MOC for 30p off in Tesco Real Food Magazine & they are 59p in Sainsburys, so PP back for 16p making the bars 19p each. I have only tried it with the cocoa orange, may try the other ones today. will keep you updated.

I didn't mean it to sound harsh and I apologise if it came across that way. I don't judge just because someone is jobless and I've been in that position myself so I know its not always someones fault, but facts are that there are some people out there with no intention of working and some of them will spend their time looking for these glitches and deals rather than looking for a job.
