Am off the bat too Birdie! I have decided to have no takeaways in March so I have paid £100 off my OD as if it is in the bank I will spend it!
I should have made it clear earlier that €3000 is £2593 so I will be aiming for that.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

That's good.
Is it sunny where you are? Take Gracie out to enjoy the nice weather and get an ice cream somewhere. Dr Birdie's orders!

Bit more holiday lust for you all. This is where we're staying for my cousin's wedding (booked last night, mum has upgraded us to a sea view with balcony rather than the basic garden view ground floor room we were going to have).
Also for anyone just after a good old package bargain, looky.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I will de-lurk to say, beautiful photo! Also I had exactly the same issues as you, ill child and a thoughtless comment from a nurse. I felt so to blame for the situation she was in! I carried this around for nearly 10 years before I sought the help of a counsellor for CBT. I felt I was suffocating her with my over protectiveness and that she would turn into a version of me! But it really did help, I will always be an anxious person, it is just how I am, but it is more managable now. It is hard work and you have to confront things that you find difficult and sometimes terrifying (eg, soft play and no hand gel)!!
I really feel for you as I know just what you are going through, I wish I could switch off the thoughts in my head but it is not possible, but with help it will get better for you.
Good luck, Grace looks lovely and healthy.

Sorry to hear you felt you couldn't go to Paris Dinah. Hope you feel better soon. it's definately something to talk to your councillor about. S/he maybe able to give you coping techniques.
March madness sounds just that - Madness
So just had a look and I would say £300 but (and it's a big BUT) its very likely I will get paid twice at the end of March so really I should declare the 2nd wage (approx £900 if my calculations are correct). Now I can't possibly double that. So can I add the two figures together to make my total £1200? Is that okay?Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -

Sounds like a plan Starnac! How come you are getting paid twice in March?
I didn't know you had debt until I saw your figure below. I thought you had cleared it all.

Kiddies are lovely. There are pics on fb don't know if you can see them??
Debt is a long story but the short version is mat leave (no money), new windows (very needed) and a new (to me) car! Makes me cross but that's how it is. It needs to be gone by the end of the year cos I am so sick of it. I didn't come on here for so long due to embarrassment of going back into debt
Re pay. I've given notice at my current job (a blessing) as I have secured funding to work for the church. I start with the church on friday which should mean that I get paid at the end of the month (pay no 1) but where I work now pay us a month in arrears. So at the end of march I will get paid for the work I did in feb (pay no 2) so I should get 2 full month's wages.
If I do then that's our o/d's completely cleared. I cleared mine this month by being very [STRIKE]tight[/STRIKE] frugal. Once the joint account o/d is cleared then the window finance is next, leaving only the car loan.Goals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000
