I am aiming to start swimming in the mornings before work again and have seen an abs class on Thurs I fancy trying. They are all serious swimmers at that time of day so there's minimal annoyance with poor lane etiquette etc!
Also in money news (for a change) I have agreed to take over the office cleaning for some extra pennies. I figure this is also exercise so killing two birds with one stone!Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -
Don't really feel anything out of the ordinary ATM.
Not fancying my coffee this morning and feeling just a little off in general... but that could just be a coincidence/Monday morning blues! Could do with not feeling like eating too much TBH, need to keep the weigh gain under control for as long as possible!
Tete, you should be fine eating an hour before swimming, just don't have a massive meal!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -
So pleased for you Birdie (sorry for lurking round ttc thread haha).
Dinah - glad you had a good time. Is so tiring when they are moving around isn't it! I have to let Poppy come to the toilet with me half the time although she is now at an age where she can entertain herself for a little longer.
Shrimpy - that is good for some extra pennies at work.
We bought our wedding rings this weekend so slowly getting there for the wedding. Could do with all you girls help to make all the placecards etc hehe.0 -
That's why I'm going to the adults-only session Shrimpy - although I'm sure I'll still have to contend with the annoying talky women bobbing up and down, but at least there'll be no splashy kids! Grat idea with the cleaning too
Birdie you're lucky to be able to 'eat for two' haha! I would love that sort of free rein!
Exciting Wendz! You get married next month!!!
Right, I've spent my Monday morning wisely, done some research and am thinking of trying to knock up something like this, what do you reckon?Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
God sorry it's huge! Can't make it any smaller!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

I think that would suit you brilliantly Tete.
Try not to worry about keeping your figure while pregnant Birdie, there is loads and loads of evidence out there that mums who have a higher calorie diet are less likely to suffer pregnancy complications (obviously not 5000 cals a day but not sub 2000) - indeed there is a famous diet which seems to help reduce pre-e by about 50% which requires taking in 3000-3500 cals a day. Your body needs to gain some weight to have the energy to burn after birth when it is dealing with a lack of sleep and needs fuel reserves, but imporantly if you're planning to breastfeed that is when your body needs those fuel reserves as otherwise it can have issues with supply as your baby gets bigger. Long time off to think about all that yet - all I'm saying is now is the one time not to give yourself grief for going for a bigger portion or that extra sarnie.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
