I like the sound of the April challenge, I abandoned my Day Zero long ago! Will have to figure out what I want to do for mine... how do you improve on awesome, is the question?
Think I might just focus more on quality time with OH, famalam and friends now my hours have been cut back - and with having more daylight hours (sunny or not!) and clean up our eating, I'll give us Easter to be chubby bunnies then I'm culling our junk intakehave some money aims for April though - its the month OH misses a wage. Fun!
Glad the meeting went well, Dinahany NIM updates?!

Got an interview next Thursday so fingers crossed, have 6 applications out there at the moment with at least one more to go out.
Not heard anything on the interview I had last Friday so I'm guessing I've probably not been successful. But naturally the enthusiasm is waning a little and leaving more doubt in its wake. I need to get a job to keep myself sane as much as anything else.
Meanwhile I'm doing my best to get some mystery shopping work done. This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.:j:j:j:j0 -

I skip breakfast as I find it makes me hungrier earlier, plus it means I get a good 16 hour fasting stretch in which is meant to give the best health benefits. Then I have one of those big 600ml cartons of chilled soup for lunch, Tesco skinny New York ones are good, as are the Waitrose Lovelife ones and fruit. Then usually poached egg on 1 slice toast with marmite, or big salad with smoked salmon, or small portion of a meat and veg stew or similar and a yoghurt for tea.
You can stretch 500kcal a long way! I just eat whatever on the other 5 days though am still doing lent so haven't been going crazy. Lost 3lbs in the first 3 weeks - it definitely not speedy! But hopefully sustainable.
Glad OH went well Dinah, and good luck with interviews NIM

Hi everyone
haven't been on here for a while - I seem to be having a lot of trouble finding time to compute just lately, which is really annoying. Hope everyone is ok and Happy Birthday to everyone who had birthdays recently - sorry I missed you all but here's a little drink on me  and a little easter something for Grace:easter_os
I have missed out on what's going on so going to check about challenges and stuff - I saw about 30/40 before 30/40 etc but 50 before 50 sounds so depressing - although it would give me 18 months to do them.....although I may be too old to remember what I was doing :rotfl: I may check out the day zero challenge cos I haven't completed any challenges this year yet. York also sounds good, I live about 18 miles away in Selby, but I'm a part timer on here so will wait until the next meet when I have actually put something useful on this site....and maybe actually completed a challenge
I have been good on eBay, though and got rid of some CDs and DVDs this week as well as a handbag so have decluttered a few bits. I still have stuff for the next insertion fee free weekend (apart from this one) so will work at perfecting my technique so I don't lose out on postage  To be fair the post office charged OH £1.10 each for several things that another post office charged me 69p for the next day so I'm a bit annoyed - especially as I'd sent them free postage - ho hum, lesson learnt!!
Right, I'm now going to update my signature with my debts and check out the challenges - have a great weekend everyone xLet's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:Virgin CC £9793.710 -

Blimey though girls! £700+ paid off in a month is bliddy brilliant!
I know it's not March any more but there's free listing on eBay til the end of today - I'm going to try and get some done to declutter a bit after my spring cleaning efforts this weekend. Still plenty to do today and I really need to sort my ISA!
Pilchard you'd be very welcome at the meet I'm sure- part timer indeed haha!
Excited for Achievement April!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0
