  • Just shows .... you must always check prices everywhere before buying!

I've been waiting for a 10% off P@H voucher to arrive (join their new VIP club) - really don't get that much there now but need wet food for the dog & was going to stick a bit of wet cat food in to get the order to £29 (free delivery).

Thought I'd have a quick look at the cost of Fel*iway refills while there ..... as it looks like I will be getting more of these so I can have one downstairs & one upstairs;) - huge :T to Beanielou once again :A

Yup, they really are identical products  and very nearly 100% price difference!

  • Well, I ended up heading off to bed with the intention of reading for a bit .... and must've fallen asleep as soon as I lay down :o

Unfortunately, that meant I was wide awake at 1:15 am:mad: - I so envy people who can go to bed & sleep for 8 + hours:)

Finally gave in and got up around 5ish but it's absolutely f r e e e e e e z z z i n g outside (and in here too) - have given in and put the heating on to take the chill off...... brrrrrrr

  • Morning Rising,

My DH has the same problem, he falls alseep on the couch and goes to bed then is wide awake in the early hours.

Hope that you're feeling a bit better today and that the treatment works for you.
  • My sympathies to your DH Purple it can be incredibly frustrating!:(

I'm actually feeling OK this morning:) - tired (to be expected) but OK :) Fingers crossed the treatment & new drug regime works ..... & thanks!

Rising, have you always had really broken sleep or is this because of your treatment?

Ohhhh I've been a terrible sleeper for years :o - it's usually my joints / back that wake me as they get sore if I lie too long.

I guess a lot of it is now habit - I've not slept more than 4 (max of 5) hours solidly for years now but I would usually manage to stay up a bit later so it's not quite as bad & would normally go back to sleep for another couple of hours which I'm struggling with just now.

The steriods do affect your sleep so they're probably having an effect too! Hopefully once I wean them down, that'll help (and with the night sweats too as they're not nice).

At least just now, I can go & have a nap (or two;)) during the day but obviously can't do this once I'm back at work so need to get it sorted by then!

I won't tell you then that I went to sleep about 11PM, and didn't wake up til my alarm went off at 6:30AM :o

In my defence, I normally wake up a lot through the night, so must have been really tired.... :o;):D
