Confirmation email stated I could collect after 4pm yesterday ..... not impressed- and TBH absolutely FUMING as it's a total waste of fuel ..... currently on to their Customers Services .....
I think they I had similar - I doubled up our CC vouchers and ordered toys for the boys for Christmas, had the confirmation email and went the day after the delivery was due just to be sure.
One item hadn't turned up on my order either. As we're 15 odd miles away from our Mr T, I called the next day to check the status, couldn't get through to the Direct.com desk in store and the office in the store couldn't help so suggested I called Direct.com themselves. They have no way to track the delivery of the parcels (really???) so just reordered it and I went back a few days later with a new order number for the second one that was sent.
It worked out okay, but a pain as I had to go back, but it does seem a tad disorganised when ordering to a store...
Argos will be able to arrange pick up in 10 mins though as you're reserving from stock they have in the warehouse attatched to the shop, whereas with Mr T they are sending it from a different warehouse to the store you chooseApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -

I still don't understand why you can't collect stuff at a Direct store:mad:
