  • Hopefully, things should settle .... I've been really well for the past 3 years+ until this flare and there's no reason it shouldn't settle like that again with time.

Even when I've been unwell and had flares previously, they've never been to this scale so I've been pretty lucky and, fingers and everything else crossed, this will be my worst one .....

  • One of the biggest downsides I can see just now ... I'm now on 3 immune suppressent drugs & have 2 auto-immune diseases ... haven't got a hope in h*ll of not catching some bug or other:eek:

I have already taken to refusing to sit in the waiting room at the Drs ..... the things that freak me out the most are using things like PIN machines etc - how often do you think they're cleaned:eek:

  • Ohhhh there is a bit of extra good news with the infusions - they should hopefully help ease the pain in my joints too :T (also used as a treatment for this!) so fingers crossed on that front too!

I carry hand gel and wipes with me when I have to go anywhere. I'm overly obsessed with catching something I try to avoid people :o

mmmm good idea - I do have a wee bottle of hand gel in the car - I'm not that keen on it TBH as I find it leaves my hands sticky?

I'll have a look for some wipes I could stick in my handbag!
